Last month we were pleasantly surprised that the City of Walnut Creek hosted an all inclusive (everything free) Special Needs Family Night at the Walnut Festival. The kids and their siblings bonded while riding roller-coasters, running through fun houses, and stuffing their faces with slices of pizza and hot dogs. They were even given free T-Shirts and stuffed animals, all courteousy of The City of Walnut Creek.
